Turnaround has been supplying Superyachts with top quality provisions since 2001.We have proven that concentrating on a personal touch and supplying exactly what the customer wants is a winning formula. Lucy spends the winter researching¬† exciting new products and making new contacts in order to keep up to date and in 2014 teamed up with the very knowledgeable Alex of ‘L’Emporium du Vin’ to bring you a selection of wine at competitive prices.

Every year products get added to the Catalogue as customer demand proves the necessity and this year we have been able to add several ecologically friendly cleaning and laundry products. I am sure that these will prove popular as figures show that the yachting industry is becoming more and more aware of the importance of protecting the environment.

Turnaround has acquired a reputation for dependability and honesty. We get to know each customer’s individual requirements, and quickly respond to personal preferences. As a result, 85% of our customers are repeat customers who have been with us for years.

We know what pressures you are under to produce a 5 star service to your guests and are here to help you achieve that goal. This is what we propose;

  • The Catalogue is a guide. If there are items that you require that are not featured, please ask.
  • You can use the Excel version of the Catalogue as an order sheet (completing invoicing details, delivery location and time required) and simply email it direct to us, adding any other requirements in the email coversheet.
  • Please call after placing your order by email if you have not had confirmation of receipt within 30 minutes (especially when giving short notice).
  • If any product should prove to be unavailable, we will not substitute without your personal approval.
  • We will only deliver the quantity ordered.
  • If there should be any problem with a product that we have supplied; we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible.
  • For ease of inventory, we try to pack in the same order as the Invoice.
  • All fresh produce arrives on the morning of the delivery.
  • We do supply Molton Brown products.
  • Flower delivery can be arranged.
  • Please allow a minimum of 24 hours between placing your order and required delivery time.
  • Placing an order means you accept our terms & conditions.
  • All prices are quoted in Euros. We accept major credit cards, French cheques and of course cash. By agreement certain customers will be able to pay by transfer.
  • We have always delivered from Marseille to Genoa and can now offer our service on to Naples, Venice, Corsica and Sardinia if required so we feel even better placed than before to help you cater to your clients’ every wish wherever you are in the Mediterranean. Delivery charges for these destinations will be discussed on receipt of order or can be requested in advance.
  • Between Cannes and Monaco Orders of less than 500 Euros H.T. (before tax) will attract a small delivery charge of 75 Euros and orders of goods worth less than 3500 Euros H.T. to the ports of St. Tropez, Marseille, Toulon, La Ciotat and Genoa will attract a delivery charge of 200 Euros H.T.
